Team Method Guitar Course Review
At long last, someone has come up with an improved way of learning to play the guitar! Needless to say, it is so simple, that it is astonishing it has not been thought of before.
Team Method Guitar is a guitar course devised and taught by a group of expert musicians. Within the team are specialists for acoustic, lead, theory and many more areas of guitar learning. When using this kind of team approach the learner becomes skilled at an assortment of styles and methods and tends not to pick up bad habits.
Team method Guitar is an enormous course. There are six books containing almost 500 pages of information, 10 DVDs and CDs of video lessons and play along jam tracks, numerous mini courses which cover acoustic guitar and playing by ear and loads of software games to quicken up the learning process.
However, you must not confuse Team Method Guitar with other guitar learning web sites which offer lessons and tips from a group of different teachers. TMG is without doubt a GUITAR COURSE, not simply a selection of tips and tricks.
Perhaps the most notable thing amongst some of the very impressive features of this course is that Team Method Guitar presents learners with live support. You can, in fact, speak online with the team members responsible for putting the course together. This makes the whole learning experience much more personal.
The Rolls Royce of guitar courses, Team Method Guitar has omitted absolutely nothing at all. The only negative comment I would have to make is the fact that being placed at the top end of the market, the course is quite expensive. Nonetheless, you get what you pay for and you certainly receive your money's worth with this course. They also offer a cheaper downloadable version for those on a tight budget.
In my opinion Team Method Guitar earns 10 out of 10 so it is well worth considering if you are serious about learning to play the guitar. To learn more about this guitar course visit their website by clicking the link below:

I hate to be brutal but there really is no magic way of learning the guitar. Ultimately it comes down to hard work, dedication and motivation. If you cannot do these three then you will fail.
Of course it does help to be guided on the right path. I think this can only be done by learning from a guitar teacher or other guitarists.
Perhaps I am wrong…
Olly thanks for the comment, you are quite correct, it does take dedication and persistence to learn how to play the guitar, just like everything else we do in life, practice makes perfect.
And yes ultimately, the best way to learn guitar would be to have a mentor or teacher guide you one-on-one, however this option can be quite expensive or difficult with peoples hectic schedules these days.
In the end, when it comes right down to it, if you are really serious about learning how to play the guitar then why not combine the two. Have a guitar teacher that you work closely with and then in your free time use the Team Method Guitar Course to give you extra pointers and advice.
Hi Ryse - yes I would agree with this - my only concern is picking up bad techniques which, without a mentor, can be easy to pick up and very hard to break.
Anyhow - any additional help as well as having some kind of mentor is always going to be a bonus!
